This is a twelve-day course run by Graham Colbourne for experienced counsellors/therapists/coaches from all modalities.

It is run over four modules of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It will teach a creative and practical gestalt-integrative-based model, covering theory, themes and issues relating to supervision. It will include skills practice and preparation for accreditation as a supervisor. It provides a pathway for experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and coaches who wish to develop their supervision practice.

Participants have the additional option to submit a written assignment and transcribed session for assessment for the EGI Diploma in supervision, subject to sufficient supervised hours of supervision practice.

Is this training for me? If you are an experienced, practising counsellor, psychotherapist or coach wishing to extend and deepen your theoretical framework and competence as a supervisor, then yes. You will need to be accredited or have equivalent training and experience – i.e. completed an initial training and 2 years practice.
