This group runs from on a Saturday once a month. It is a forum for contact, self discovery, personal development and creative exploration of personal and group process. The format of a day monthly, provides continuity with space for life between groups. Each day can be counted as 6 hours CPD. The agenda is whatever members bring on the day We are limited only by our selves. Our explorations often take us to exciting and growthful places. The cost for each group is £85, with a minimum of 6 days.
