Are you a leader, manager, facilitator, trainer, consultant, therapist or counsellor? Do you work with groups, teams, committees and organisations? If you are looking for a stimulating learning context to develop your groupwork practice then this course may be relevant for you. Who is it for? You are a group facilitator or a consultant working with teams in organisations or a team leader in an organisation. You are intending to facilitate groups in the near future and have some knowledge and understanding of group processes and experiential groupwork. Past participants from the public, private and voluntary sectors have included: social workers; GPs; educational psychologists; coaches; consultants; counsellors; psychotherapists; nurses.
